1. About Us
Curiosity Candles is a small UK-based business creating hand-poured soy wax candles.

2. Products
All products are hand-poured to order.
As handmade items, slight variations in colour or finish may occur and are not considered faults.
Product photos are for illustration purposes only.
3. Prices & Payments
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
We accept payment via Stripe.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.
We are not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days before dispatch.
Processing time refers to candle making and preparation and is separate from delivery time.
5. Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by Royal Mail.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once an item has been dispatched.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.
Once candle making has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
8. Liability
Curiosity Candles shall not be liable for:
- Misuse of products
- Failure to follow candle safety instructions
- Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.
9. Use of This Website
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its functionality.
All content on this website is the property of Curiosity Candles and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
