Shipping & Orders

How long will my order take to be dispatched?
All candles are hand-poured to order. Please allow 2–4 working days for making before your order is dispatched. Delivery times shown at checkout are in addition.

Which delivery services do you use?
Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, depending on the option you select at checkout.

Do you ship outside the UK?
At this time, we ship within England, Scotland and Wales only. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland or internationally.

Candle Care & Safety

What wax do you use?
Our candles are made using 100% soy wax with cotton wicks. They are vegan and eco-friendly.

How should I care for my candle?
Our Candles are mainly decorative and due to their shape some may have a short burn time. If you choose to light your candle:

• Trim the wick to around 5mm before lighting

• Allow the wax to melt across the surface on the first burn

• Never leave a burning candle unattended

Full candle care instructions are included with every order.

Returns & Policies

Do you accept returns?
As our candles are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided candle making has not yet begun.
