RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Curiosity Candles

Made-to-Order Items

All Curiosity Candles products are hand-poured to order.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, made-to-order and personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day “change of mind” return period.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item chosen
  • Personal preference

Once an order has been dispatched.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Damaged or Faulty Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item is faulty or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.


Lost or Delayed Orders

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services.

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail before arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided candle making has not yet begun.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
